feat(i18n): adds `es_ES` translation templates
* Adds Spanish (`es_ES`) Qt translation templates for email, GnuPG info,
key-server sync, and version-checking modules to prepare localization
support and provide a baseline for translators.
* Normalizes Italian locale filenames from `it_iT` to `it_IT` to ensure
consistent locale naming across resources.
* Leaves translations marked as unfinished so translators can complete
strings; no runtime logic changes are introduced.
