refactor(i18n): use `gpgfrontend_collect_ts_files` for i18n
* Replace repetitive explicit TS file lists with the `gpgfrontend_collect_ts_files`
helper across several modules.
* Reduce duplication and centralize locale collection so adding/removing
translations is easier and less error-prone.
* No functional changes; only simplifies CMake translation setup and maintenance.
