tools headers UAPI: Synch KVM's svm.h header with the kernel
To pick up the changes from:
59d21d67f37481cf ("KVM: SVM: Software reserved fields")
Picking the new SVM_EXIT_SW exit reasons.
Addressing this perf build warning:
