perf vendor events: Update TremontX

Note 01.org has no TremontX directory but in mapfile.csv the family and
model:

Events are at version 1.17:

Json files generated by the latest code at:
    https://github.com/intel/event-converter-for-linux-perf

floating-point.json is added.
