ARM: configs: aspeed: Add new drivers
This enables a handful of new drivers that have recently landed:
- Video caputre, for doing BMC virtual keyboard-video-mouse
- DRM driver for the BMC's own graphics device
- Error detection and correction
- P2A control, a BMC feature for moving data between the host and BMC
- RTC driver
