LoongArch: Update HD-audio codec configs
The HD-audio codec driver configs have been updated again the drivers
got split with different kconfigs.
Enable all Realtek HD-audio codecs and HDMI codecs (except for
NVIDIA_MCP and TEGRA) per request.
