ata: pata_ftide010: Add missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION
Add the missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION() to avoid warnings such as:
WARNING: modpost: missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION() in drivers/ata/pata_ftide010.o
when compiling with W=1.
