dma-contiguous: fix the Kconfig entry for CONFIG_DMA_NUMA_CMA

Replace the default NUMA with a depends on to fix both issues. Signed-off-by: Christoph Hellwig <[email protected]> Reviewed-by: Robin Murphy <[email protected]>
