Revert "ACPI: EC: Evaluate orphan _REG under EC device"
This reverts commit 0e6b6dedf168 ("Revert "ACPI: EC: Evaluate orphan
_REG under EC device") because the problem addressed by it will be
addressed differently in what follows.
