Pull nios2 updates from Ley Foon Tan:
- Remove [email protected] from MAINTAINERS
- remove 'resetvalue' property
- rename 'altr,gpio-bank-width' -> 'altr,ngpio'
- enable the common clk subsystem on Nios2
