drm/xe/tests/mocs: Hold XE_FORCEWAKE_ALL for LNCF regs
LNCF registers report wrong values when XE_FORCEWAKE_GT
only is held. Holding XE_FORCEWAKE_ALL ensures correct
operations on LNCF regs.
