MAINTAINERS: add Raspberry Pi RP1 section
Raspberry Pi RP1 is a southbridge PCIe device which embeds several
peripherals.
Add a new section to cover the main RP1 driver, DTS and specific
subperipherals (such as clock and pinconf/pinmux/gpio controller).
