tinyconfig: enable CONFIG_LD_DEAD_CODE_DATA_ELIMINATION
This CONFIG option, if supported by the architecture, helps reduce the
size of vmlinux.
For example, the size of vmlinux with ARCH=arm tinyconfig decreases as
follows:
