dt-bindings: display: renesas: Add R-Car Gen3 HDMI TX DT bindings
The Renesas R-Car Gen3 SoCs use a Synopsys DWC HDMI TX encoder IP. Add
corresponding device tree bindings based on the DWC HDMI TX bindings
model.
