scripts/kernel-doc: fix fatal script error
Fix fatal error in scripts/kernel-doc by ignoring the "__weak" attribute:
Error(drivers/pci/pci.c:2820): cannot understand prototype: 'char * __weak pcibios_setup(char *str) '
