feat(email): update attachment UI translations
- add translations for attachment management and message actions
- add summary and expand/collapse attachment strings
- refresh source locations after email view changes
- mark obsolete draft and attachment messages as vanished
- update German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Russian, and Chinese locales
