chore(i18n): clean TS files; add key-server TS
* Remove stale/duplicated translation contexts from multiple module TS files
to keep each translation bundle focused and avoid cross-module noise.
* Add i18n support for the key-server sync module by registering its
`ModuleKeyServerSync` TS files in the module CMake configuration and
invoking the translation helper so those translations are built.
* Motivation: improve translation source hygiene and ensure the key-server
module translations are included in the build system.
* Notes: no runtime logic changes; this is maintenance of localization
assets and build metadata.
