refactor(gpg-info): migrate to module SDK APIs
- replace legacy command, state, and memory APIs with SDK wrappers
- use managed child-state lists and text accessors to avoid leaks
- declare process, storage, and UI module capabilities
- update GnuPG gathering and UI state handling consistently
