chore(key-server-sync): register translations and bump version

* Add translation structure and register the translation reader so
  module strings are available at runtime.
* Increment module version to 1.2.1 to reflect the change.
* Register translations during module activation to ensure localized
  resources are loaded when the module becomes active.
