feat(modules): adopt manifest-driven module builds
- add module.json manifests with metadata and translation contexts
- migrate four modules to the gf_add_module helper
- preserve Qt, VMime, UI, and include directory configuration
- reduce email module exports to its single ABI symbol
- remove duplicated packaging and translation setup from CMakeListsաճառ
