feat(email): improve account settings UX
- add default account controls and an explicit empty state
- preserve unreadable account data instead of overwriting it
- stage removals and credentials until settings are applied
- support cleartext loopback connections without silent conversion
- add responsive scrolling, validation, theming, and certificate controls
- run connection tests asynchronously with cancellation and guidance
- improve status reporting with categorized errors and actionable advice
