feat(email): add protected message controls
- add signature-layer removal while preserving original entity bytes
- parse folded raw headers without losing malformed fields
- lock signed and encrypted content against accidental edits
- add decrypt panel and security actions to the message view
- add raw-source unlock controls and crypto operation signals
- expose content insertion and operation availability to the host
- preserve pending unwrapped messages during source serialization
