build(cmake): drop Qt5 build mode and require Qt 6.5
- remove the GPGFRONTEND_QT5_BUILD and GPGFRONTEND_MODULES_QT5_BUILD options
- require Qt 6.5, the same minimum as the host
- document the minimum in the README
