feat(email): add structured `result_cards` payload
* Introduce compact JSON "info board" card builders and an assembler to
produce a `result_cards` payload the UI can decode for richer, structured
display of email header and OpenPGP metadata.
* Thread a new `result_cards` parameter through verification, decryption,
signing and encryption flows and consume additional card output from the
crypto analysis functions so the SDK-produced crypto cards are included.
* Merge module meta cards with crypto analysis cards for combined operations
(encrypt+sign, decrypt+verify) to provide a single unified card array to
the UI while keeping existing textual results intact.
* Improve payload compactness by dropping empty fields and return an empty
payload when no cards are available.
* Bump module version to 1.2.1 to reflect the new feature.
