refactor(email): migrate crypto to RAII SDK handles
- replace manual result cleanup with GFGpgResult ownership
- use managed buffers for encryption, signing, verification, and decryption
- preserve SDK failure messages through handle-based results
- keep key ID memory alive for the duration of SDK calls
- add handle-based SDK stubs with ownership and leak tracking
