- rewrite contact page content to concise, user-friendly format
- update frontmatter description to remove encryption preference
- add 'How to Reach Me' section with email, languages, format
- link to bktus.com/contact for PGP key and reply time info
- prefer GitHub issues for bugs and feature requests
- remove long PGP public key, domain lore, and verbose info
