docs(overview): clarify downloads and FAQ wording
- change "flavours" to "versions" and simplify installed/portable text
- explain installed keeps settings and keys in the user folder
- clarify portable keeps everything in the program folder for USB use
- state the two versions do not share data and switching resets state
- update getting-started note to match downloads wording
- rephrase search hint to "Type what you are looking for" for clarity
- clarify DSA/RSA < 2048 are no longer offered for new keys per RFC 9580
- recommend verifying downloads before installation with improved wording
