docs(appendix): clarify licensing and donation policy
- reword license section to state GPL-3.0 keeps code free
- add explicit promise that the official app will remain free
- clarify project never charges or collects donations
- warn that third parties may sell copies but payment isn't needed
- point readers to official Downloads and Code & Binary Verify
