tests: Skip a test when !HAVE_LONG_DOUBLE_WIDER.
* configure.ac (AC_TYPE_LONG_DOUBLE_WIDER): New.
* tests/t-printf.c (check_large_float): Fix a typo.
[!HAVE_LONG_DOUBLE_WIDER]: Skip the LDBL_MAX test.
