tests: Add documentation, make interactive debugging possible.
* tests/openpgp/README: Add documentation about debugging and
interfacing with GnuPG.
* tests/openpgp/run-tests.scm (test::run-sync): Hand stdin to the
child so that we can use a repl in the tests.
