These are non-substantive corrections for minor spelling mistakes
within the GnuPG codebase.
With something like this applied to the codebase, and a judiciously
tuned spellchecker integrated as part of a standard test suite, it
should be possible to keep a uniform orthography within the project.

Note that the modifyTimestamp is also available on Windows, where its
value is more commonly known as whenChanged. Both are constructed
attributes.
Note that the --newer option is a bit of a misnomer because LDAP has
only a greater-or-equal and no greater-than operator.

This rewrite allows to properly handle TLS and avoids some code
duplication.
