dirmngr: Change interrogate_ldap_dn for better memory semantics.
* dirmngr/ks-engine-ldap.c (interrogate_ldap_dn): Return BASEDN found,
memory allocated.
(my_ldap_connect): Follow the change, removing needless allocation.
