common: Add simple dynamic array function.

* common/ccparray.c: New.
* common/ccparray.h: New.
* common/t-ccparray.c: New.
* common/Makefile.am (common_sources): Add files.
(module_tests): Add test file.
(t_ccparray_LDADD): New.
