* README: Update.
* configure.ac: Remove checks, variables and file generations related to
the C++/Qt bindings. Remove cpp and qt* from available_languages and
default_languages.
* lang/Makefile.am (DIST_SUBDIRS): Remove cpp and qt.

* m4/ax_check_compile_flag.m4, m4/ax_cxx_compile_stdcxx.m4,

The new start() overload allows to specify the user IDs to use for the
WKD lookup explicitly. This allows updating user IDs via WKD which were
originally not retrieved via WKD.

This job allows updating keys via WKD. Only user IDs that were
originally retrieved via WKD (i.e. which have origin WKD) are
considered.
