feat(gpg): add attribute extraction and photo viewer UI
* Introduces logic to extract GPG key attributes, including photo IDs,
with helper functions for parsing attribute data and separating image payloads.
* Updates command execution to handle separate stdout/stderr, improving
reliability when parsing GPG output.
* Adds a new UI tab for displaying and selecting key pair photos, enhancing
user experience when managing GPG keys with embedded images.
