Rename dp/ to display/ to account for additional display-related
helpers, such as HDMI. Update all related include statements. No
functional changes.
Various drivers, such as i915 and amdgpu, use similar naming scheme
by putting code for video-output standards into a local display/
directory. The new directory's name is aligned with this convention.

[why]
creating a generic helper for AMD specific PSR-SU sink validation.
Moving the function to the power module to reference it across all
OS.
[how]
- drop PSRSU specific sink validation helper and move to power
module by reading PSR version and other PSR caps
- call the new helper from linux DM (amdgpu_dm_psr)

[WHY]
An unsigned int timestamp variable is assigned with an unsigned
long long value. Also, the assignment directly converts the
tick value to us without using built-in get elapsed time function.
[HOW]
Cast the assigned value correctly and also use built-in function
to get the timestamp in the unit we want.

[WHY]
Some games experience low FPS issues when FreeSync is on and VSync is
toggled to half refresh rate.
[HOW]
First create a function to determine workaround conditions, which is
when we detect 2 or more VSync interrupts between flips and a very short
VSync to flip interval. We do the workaround during VSync interrupts and
set the v_total_max and min to nominal. We also cleanup after we exit
the game.

[why]
1. Current code hard codes link to PHY mapping in dc link level per asic
per revision.
This is not scalable. In long term the mapping will be obatined from
DMUB and store in dc resource.
2. Depending on DCN revision and endpoint type, the definition of
dio_output_idx dio_output_type and phy_idx are not consistent. We need
to unify the meaning of these hardware indices across different system
configuration.
[how]
1. Temporarly move the hardcoded mapping to dc_resource level, which
should have full awareness of asic specific configuration and add a TODO
comment to move the mapping to DMUB.
2. populate dio_output_idx/phy_idx for all configuration, define
usb4_enabled bit instead of dio_output_type as an external enum.

[Why]
A deadlock in the kernel occurs when we fallback from the V3 to V2
add_topology_to_display or remove_topology_to_display because they
both try to acquire the dtm_mutex but recursive locking isn't
supported on mutex_lock().
[How]
Make the mutex_lock/unlock more fine grained and move them up such that
they're only required for the psp invocation itself.

In YUV case, need to set the input TF to sRGB instead of BT709,

[Why]
Requirement from the spec - we shouldn't be potentially exiting out
early based on encryption status.

Drop the calls from HDCP1 and HDCP2 execution that exit out early
based on link encryption status.

[why]
the current implementation of hdcp2 rx id list validation does not
have handler/checker for invalid message status, e.g. HMAC, the V
parameter calculated from PSP not matching the V prime from Rx.
[how]
return a generic FAILURE for any message status not SUCCESS or

[WHY]
When on the desktop freesync is not enabled,
doing a frame stretch causes the TV to display
undesired output.
[HOW]
By changing the logic so that when ever fresync
is supported the TV is notified we are in fressync
instead on a non fresync state.

[Why]
Change set_drr to pass in the entire dc_crtc_timing_adjust
structure instead of passing in the parameters individually.
This is to more easily pass in required parameters in the
adjust structure when it gets updated.

[Why]
Current implementation of mod_hdcp_hdcp2_validate_ake_cert()
does not process HDCP status message
TA_HDCP2_MSG_AUTHENTICATION_STATUS__SIGNATURE_CERTIFICAT_ERROR.
As a result, when there is a signature certificate error,
mod_hdcp_hdcp2_validate_ake_cert would return the default status,
which is success.
[How]
For all messages other than TA_HDCP2_MSG_AUTHENTICATION_STATUS__SUCCESS
and TA_HDCP2_MSG_AUTHENTICATION_STATUS__RECEIVERID_REVOKED, return status
as failure.

[Why]
The PWL backlight curve is used by the firmware to convert between
brightness and linear PWM value.
Driver has a backlight LUT, but the firmware holds a PWL curve and
interpolates between points.
The calculations are incorrect leading to slightly off backlight values
being programmed.
[How]
Fix the PWL backlight curve threshold/offset calculations

In HDCP update stream config interface, some variables are named as
xxx_supported, but in fact the variable indicates whether or not xxx_enabled.
Correct the naming so it is less confusing to read the code.
