arm64: dts: qcom: sc8180x: Fix OSM L3 compatible
Since commit c70edc067739 ("dt-bindings: interconnect: Add sm8350,
sc8280xp and generic OSM L3 compatibles") OSM L3 compatible should have
generic fallback:
