staging: rtl8723bs: Remove rtw_btcoex_IsBTCoexCtrlAMPDUSize()
Remove function rtw_btcoex_IsBTCoexCtrlAMPDUSize as it does nothing
except call hal_btcoex_IsBTCoexCtrlAMPDUSize.
Modify call site accordingly.
Issue found with Coccinelle.
