LoongArch: Select ARCH_HAS_CURRENT_STACK_POINTER in Kconfig
LoongArch has implemented the current_stack_pointer macro, so select
ARCH_HAS_CURRENT_STACK_POINTER in Kconfig. This will let it be used in
non-arch places (like HARDENED_USERCOPY).
