mm/page-alloc: remove PageMappingFlags()
As PageMappingFlags() now only indicates anon (incl. KSM) folios, we can
now simply check for PageAnon() and remove PageMappingFlags().
... and while at it, use the folio instead and operate on folio->mapping.
