arm64: defconfig: Drop unneeded unselectable sound drivers
SND_SOC_ES8328 is selected by SND_SOC_ES8328_I2C. SND_SOC_WCD939X is
selected by SND_SOC_WCD939X. None of these are user-visible options so
their presence in defconfig is redundant.
