dt-bindings: PCI: Add Qualcomm PCIe Endpoint controller
Add devicetree binding for Qualcomm PCIe Endpoint controller used in
platforms like SDX55. The Endpoint controller is based on the DesignWare
core with Qualcomm-specific wrappers.
