drm/vboxvideo: Replace prepare_fb()/cleanup_fb() with GEM VRAM helpers
GEM VRAM provides an implementation for prepare_fb() and cleanup_fb()
of struct drm_plane_helper_funcs. Switch over vboxvideo.
