w32: Fix spawn for 64-bit machine.

(_gpgme_io_spawn): Assign HD to the peer_name field. Use %p for printing the value of peer_name field. * src/gpgme-w32spawn.c (my_spawn): Use peer_name field with no cast. Use %p for printing the value of peer_name field. Remove wrong CloseHandle calls. (translate_get_from_file): Use HANDLE type for the TO variable. Use strtoull on 64-bit machine. w32: Use UTF-8 for localized error descriptions for all threads

* src/version.c (do_subsystem_inits) [W32]: Switch gettext to UTF-8 for current thread and all new threads. -- We did already enable UTF-8, but it was only effective for the main thread. Now we enable it also for all new threads (if supported by libgpg-error). This way debug output in background threads now also uses UTF-8. GnuPG-bug-id: 7188

* configure.ac: Define GPG_ERR_ENABLE_GETTEXT_MACROS. * src/version.c (do_subsystem_inits) [W32]: Switch gettext to UTF-8. -- On Windows, applications using GpgME can now rely on localized texts returned by GpgME, e.g. the texts for error codes, to be UTF-8 encoded. In particular, this saves a useless and possibly lossy conversion to native encoding and back to UTF-8. On other OSes, where we use the system provided gettext, we assume that UTF-8 is used nowadays. * src/debug.c (_gpgme_debug): Add arg LINE. Chnage all callers. (_gpgme_debug_begin): Remove. * src/debug.h (TRACE_SEQ): Use the LINE arg of _gpgme_debug. -- This includes chnages to always print fds in decimal as weel as tweaking the TARCE_SEQ function to make use of the new machinery. * src/debug.h (TRACE_BEG, TRACE_LOG, TRACE_SUC): Use variadic macros and remove the TRACE_BEG1 et al. Change all users to always pass a format string. (TRACE): Ditto. * src/debug.c (_gpgme_debugf): New. * configure.ac : Add -Wno-format-zero-length. -- This makes it easier for use to enable format checks.
