From deeba405a9a5868ea478db5003be6335ab9aac6f Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Werner Koch Date: Thu, 16 Jun 2005 08:12:03 +0000 Subject: gcc-4 defaults forced me to edit many many files to get rid of the char * vs. unsigned char * warnings. The GNU coding standards used to say that these mismatches are okay and better than a bunch of casts. Obviously this has changed now. --- jnlib/logging.c | 5 +++-- 1 file changed, 3 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) (limited to 'jnlib/logging.c') diff --git a/jnlib/logging.c b/jnlib/logging.c index 97a2b9c9e..c944006a5 100644 --- a/jnlib/logging.c +++ b/jnlib/logging.c @@ -87,10 +87,11 @@ struct fun_cookie_s { char name[1]; }; -/* Write NBYTES of BUF to file descriptor FD. */ +/* Write NBYTES of BUFFER to file descriptor FD. */ static int -writen (int fd, const unsigned char *buf, size_t nbytes) +writen (int fd, const void *buffer, size_t nbytes) { + const char *buf = buffer; size_t nleft = nbytes; int nwritten; -- cgit
