common: Add new helper function, strsplit.
* common/stringhelp.h (strsplit): New declaration. * common/stringhelp.c (strsplit): New function. * common/t-stringhelp.c (test_strsplit): New function. (main): Call it here. -- Signed-off-by: Neal H. Walfield <[email protected]>
