* engine-gpgsm.c (_gpgme_gpgsm_start): Move the code that sets the

	* wait.h: Include "sema.h".  Remove prototypes of
	_gpgme_remove_proc_from_wait_queue and
	_gpgme_register_pipe_handler.  Add prototypes of
