This allowed to port away from KMessageBox and KLocalizedstring. Additionally this removed the old process bases qgpgmeconfigdialog, and GnuPGProcessBase. Classes using GnuPGProcessbase were changed to KProcess api. This is a first compiling version. API is subject to change to resolve the split between base jobs and qgpgme classes.
