NIIBE Yutaka a36d71a8e3 core: Don't use internal __assuan functions.
* configure.ac (nanosleep): Detect.
* src/assuan-support.c: Don't use __assuan_usleep.
(my_socketpair): Don't use __assuan_socketpair.
