* Started work on the GPGME Python bindings HOWTO.
* 1,050 words to begin with at approx. 7.5KB.
* Got as far as installation.
* Includes instruction not to use PyPI for this.

Language Support for GPGME
--------------------------

This directory contains support for other languages than C.

Please note that language support components may be under a different
license than GPGME itself.  You can find more information in each
sub-directory.
